Riviera Country Club in Coral Gables has broken ground on a 60,000-square-foot, two-story clubhouse that will accompany the property’s newly renovated 18-hole golf course.
The $37 million project is expected to be completed in fall 2019 and will feature a 8,000-square-foot fitness center, an aquatic complex with a 25-meter lap pool and family pool, a 6,000-square-foot event room that will accommodate 400 members and other amenities.
