The Astor Companies and Merrick Manor were featured in a Miami Herald story about the increase in pet-friendly condominium projects throughout South Florida.
At Merrick Manor, which is under construction in the heart of Coral Gables at 301 Altara Avenue, residence owners can have two pets with a combined weight of 100 pounds, Astor’s Roza Radkiewicz told the Herald. Merrick Manor’s plans also include a doggy spa and on-site veterinarian. Astor also holds an annual pet adoption day at the Merrick Manor Sales Gallery at 4200 Laguna Street.
