The Mistake:
As an entrepreneur I can safely say one of my biggest mistakes was not learning how to delegate. I think it would have made things easier for me and I would have likely been much more successful.
I do have difficulties delegating. I thought for the company to run properly I had to have my hands in everything but that is a mistake. You can oversee things but you don’t need to do the work. You have to surround yourself with good people
If you don’t delegate how can you empower people and if you don’t empower people how can you grow? It took me a while to figure this out.
