Each year, the Herald and Miami-based polling firm Bendixen & Amandi team up to interview 100 of the county’s premier developers, brokers, analysts, investors and other experts to get a sense of the state of the local real estate market.
For the second straight year, Coral Gables was identified by the study participants as the top location where they would buy a home if they were in the market for one. Coral Gables also ranked second in the “best neighborhood for retirees” category.
