The Merrick Manor Sales Team has established detailed guidelines to ensure the safety of all visitors and team members who enter the building. While on tour, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Bring a mask to wear when entering the building and throughout the duration of the visit. The Sales Team members have masks on hand to provide to visitors who need one
- Apply the “six-foot rule” at all times
- Call the sales office (305-779-6870) upon arriving at the valet station. A Sales Team member will meet visitors in the garage prior to entering the lobby. If self-parking on the street, call the sales office and we will meet you at the front entrance on Altara Avenue
- A Sales Team member will be responsible for touching all doorknobs and elevator buttons, including sending a visitor to the destination floor on the elevator before following in a separate elevator
- Visitors will tour units individually while the Sales Team member waits in the hall
Individual units and common areas will be thoroughly disinfected upon the completion of each tour.
