“The Astor Companies named a new director of sales for Merrick Manor, a luxury condo project under construction in Coral Gables.

Eduardo Pruna of One Sotheby’s International Realty was promoted to director of sales. He’s worked on projects that include Brickell City Centre’s Reach and Rise, where he was a director of sales. One Sotheby’s and Fortune International Realty led sales and marketing of the two condo towers until this week, when ISG took over.

Merrick Manor is a 10-story, 227-unit development at 301 Altara Avenue. More than 60 percent of the units are under contract. Prices for remaining units range from nearly $500,000 to $2.5 million.”
