Merrick Manor to Host 2018 Miami Herald/Bendixen & Amandi “Taking the Pulse of Residential Real Estate” Event on Sept. 12

One of the Miami real estate industry’s biggest events will take place in the Sales Gallery of Merrick Manor, the luxury residential project The Astor Companies is close to completing in Coral Gables.

The 4200 Laguna Street Sales Gallery is set to host the 2018 Miami Herald/Bendixen & Amandi “Taking the Pulse of Residential Real Estate” event. Each year, the Miami Herald and Bendixen & Amandi team up to survey top real estate professionals and release an annual report on the findings.

During the Sept. 12 event, which beings at 10 a.m., the Herald’s Business Editor Jane Wooldridge and Real Estate Reporter Rene Rodriguez will discuss the report with a panel of experts. Miami developers the Melo Group will also chat with Rodriguez about the family owned company’s history and current activities.
