DECEMBER 2nd & DECEMBER 4th – Merrick Festival 2018 Caroling Competition

The Caroling Competition is a thing of joy each year and a holiday tradition in the City of Coral Gables, since 1987. Biltmore Way welcomes hundreds of young, vibrant and talented students from 30 South Florida Schools. Your donation will go to supporting music programs in Miami-Dade and Broward, middle and senior high, public, private and parochial schools.
DECEMBER 6th to 9th – Art Basel

Art Basel Miami Beach is North America’s most comprehensive international contemporary art fair with over 260 galleries from 33 countries showcasing works by more than 4,000 artists. Held at the new Miami Beach Convention Center, Art Basel Miami Beach 2018 expects to draw more than 77,000 art dealers, artists, collectors and aficionados to Miami during the fair held this year from December 6-9, 2018. It’s also spawned more than 20 satellite fairs, as well as parties and events galore.
Art Basel refers to the singular fair held at the Miami Beach Convention Center, but the spirit of Art Basel lives in venues big and small throughout the city hosting satellite fairs, glittering parties and events in a week that’s become known as Miami Art Week. The Convention Center space is only the beginning of the whirlwind week of art and parties that’s perfectly suited for Miami.
DECEMBER 21st to 22nd – Giralda Present – Salsa For The Holidays

Located in downtown Coral Gables on Giralda Avenue, Giralda Presents is a series of 6 events taking place the third weekend of every month starting November 23-24, 2018 to April 2019. Giralda Avenue is located between Ponce de Leon and Galliano two blocks north of Miracle Mile. Giralda boasts 17 restaurants/bars and other businesses. The street is permanently closed to traffic the same as Lincoln Road on Miami Beach.

DECEMBER 26th – Orange Bowl International Youth Regatta

Can you see yourself racing on a a crisp sunny Miami day…guiding your vessel on the bright blue waters of Biscayne Bay? If so, come out to the Orange Bowl International Youth Regatta which takes place at Coral Reef Yacht Club in Coconut Grove, FL USA. The Regatta is currently the largest youth sailing regatta in the United States and includes four days of competition between Christmas and New Years and features dinners, raffles, forums, and gift bags for participants.
